Wright City competition Saturday September 14th

They typically post more information during the week such as schedule of bands, etc. Admission is $5 for adults. Your band student should have brought home a copy of the itinerary yesterday. Students should report to McCluer North no later than 7:45 to help load up as well as get their uniforms on. The busses leave North no later than 8:45. They will exit the busses & march in the parade with just a few minutes to spare @ 9:52. Make sure they have eaten a good breakfast as they will not eat again until around noon. The note sent home mentions a change of clothes appropriate to the predicted weather for Saturday. There will be several hours of down time between the parade & the field show for them to relax & have a lunch provided by the band boosters. After lunch the kids will again suit up to warm up for the field show @ 2:50. Please come & support your band student. We can use any spare hands to help with serving lunch & assisting the band with moving equipment. Once awards are over the students will be bussed back to school where they will be expected to help put away all uniforms & equipment.
